# An End of Year Message from SDS2
As we reach the end of this unprecedented and pivotal year, we want to take this opportunity to say thank you to our customers, partners, stakeholders, and employees.
The success of SDS2 depends, as ever, on your continued support and engagement.
We know that to invest in SDS2 is to trust much of your daily operations and productivity to our software products, and we take that responsibility very seriously. In return for your ongoing support and business, our promise to you is reliability and innovation.
In 2020, as we all adapted to extraordinary circumstances, we worked hard to provide accessible resources and reliable service to help you keep moving forward.
Our employees transitioned remarkably well to provide [free online training programs](https://sds2.com/resources/training), [webinars](https://sds2.com/resources/webinars), and our first [digital Summit](https://sds2.com/resources/connectors-blog/digital-summit-2020)experience—to name a few examples—and we learned a lot along the way that we’ll carry forward as permanent improvements to the SDS2 customer experience.
This year has also shown us how abruptly the world can change and how important it is not only to adjust, but to prepare for changes ahead with smarter technology and adaptive solutions.
Going into 2021, you’ll notice several changes to SDS2 that mark our commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, including a new look for our brand and one of our most innovative releases yet, featuring a more intuitive and accessible user interface.
2020 has pushed us all to be stronger and more resilient than we thought possible, and we look forward to the year ahead with renewed optimism and hope. With your help and engagement, we will continue to drive forward with reliable innovations that will help you build a better future for your business.
